ROBERT FRASER

MANAGING DIRECTOR TC CORPORATE, SYDNEY

DIRECTOR OF TAYLOR COLLISON

Robert is a corporate adviser and company director with more than 25 years of investment banking experience. He founded TC Corporate in 1997 and since then has been its Managing Director. Prior to establishing TC Corporate, Robert was an executive with a major merchant bank (Wardley James Capel) and a Director of a leading corporate advisory boutique (Beerworth & Partners).

Robert has provided corporate and financial advice to numerous public companies. He is highly experienced in takeovers and mergers, acquisitions and divestments, financial analysis, valuation, corporate strategy, financial structuring, taxation and trade practices.  He has extensive experience in equity capital markets and related issues such as underwriting, risk management and investor relations. Robert also specialises in the areas of capital management and corporate governance.

Robert has a bachelor of Economics degree (majoring in Economics and Accounting) and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree from the University of Sydney. He is also qualified as licensed business broker and as a licensed real estate agent.

Robert is presently a non-executive director of ARB Corporation (including Chairman of its Audit and Nomination and Remuneration Committees), FFI Holdings Limited and Magellan Financial Group Limited (including Chairman of its Audit and Risk Committee).

RICHARD AMLAND

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TC CORPORATE, SYDNEY

Richard has more than 15 years’ experience working in equity markets as a Research Analyst and Equity Capital Markets professional. He helped build Petra Capital’s emerging industrial company research and ECM capabilities from 2010 to 2014. Richard was a member of TC Corporate from 2008-2010 and worked on a number of mergers and acquisitions and ECM transaction during that time.

Prior to 2008, Richard’s career including membership on highly ranked research teams at JPMorgan and Wilson HTM in Australian emerging company space and on the Institutional investor ranked financial services team at UBS in New York.

Richard earned his MBA at Georgetown University and holds undergraduate degrees in mathematics and economics.

CRAIG BALL

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TC CORPORATE, ADELAIDE

Craig Ball is Executive Director, Corporate Finance based in Adelaide with Taylor Collison Limited, a Participating member of the Australian Securities Exchange. Craig has been broking since 1987 and has been responsible for numerous IPO’s, underwritings and placements for companies across a broad cross section of industries including resources, oil and gas, automotive, biotech, wine manufacturing and industrial companies.  Craig is a chartered accountant.

CHRISTOPHER STILL

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR SYDNEY

Chris is an Executive Director in our Sydney office. He has extensive investment banking experience, having worked for the Rothschild Group in Australia and the United Kingdom, for Bankers Trust Australia, Lehman Brothers and Beerworth & Partners. He has advised governments, companies and private equity funds in mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets across a broad range of industries and value.  In addition, he has worked in management consulting and for seven years was a non-executive director of Runge Limited. He has a Bachelor of Economics from Sydney University and a MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management.

MATT DAVIES

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR ADELAIDE (B Ec LLB)

Matt is an Executive Director in our Adelaide office.  He has approximately 15 years’ investment banking experience, much of which was in the natural resources sector.  Matt has significant experience in public market M&A (including defence), asset sales and capital raisings. Matt was the 1st employee of Gryphon Partners, a leading boutique advisory firm to the resources sector which undertook >65 transactions valued at >$25 million in 8 years.  He was integral in growing the business until its acquisition by Standard Chartered in 2011.

Before joining Taylor Collison in February 2017, Matthew headed Standard Chartered Bank Australian Natural Resources, M&A team where he undertook several high profile cross-border transactions in the sector
